I purchased and installed a leveling kit and bilstein 5100 shocks. The installation was easy but the ride was so harsh it would rattle my teeth when I hit a small bump. I knew that something was wrong. I called the technical support team. They answered the phone very quickly and reviewed the problem with me. Chad and his team had me send photos of the suspension and went over the adjustment of the leveling system. After their guidance and adjusting the system the ride and look is exactly what I was looking for. Their expertise and great customer service was invaluable to me. I will continue recommending and personally using the Dmaxstore.
