After selling over 520,000 Colorado trucks since 2014 Chevrolet has decided to give the Colorado ZR2 a more aggressive look to match their award winning capability. The WT, LT Z71 and ZR2 models will all receive cosmetic updates along with some new skid plates on certain models. There is also a new color option available, Sand Dune Metallic (pictured below). By updating the 2021 colorado Chevrolet hopes to increase sales to keep their midsize truck offering from getting stale. The new ZR2 will debut at the SEMA show in Las Vegas this November.
They have embossed the tailgates with the CHEVROLET script to match the new offerings on their full size trucks. On the left is the 2021 and the outgoing model on the right.
Chevrolet has also updated the front fascia with more aggressive styling and some updated skid plates as well. On the left is the 2021 and the outgoing model on the right.
