Anyone ever tried...

So I have a backup camera that's plugged into my head unit and is mounted just above the hitch. I've thinking though about using my CTS2 and mounting a cam above or below the third brake light so I can have a birds eye view of everything back there. I want to wire it so I don't have to be in reverse to use it. Has anyone else done this?

I think there are some cameras out there that plug in play with the cts2 that have the option to turn on anytime.
