Finally figured this thing out. I have been running the Kryptonite competition front end the the Edge drag truck for 4 years now. Thousands of miles, 600+ quarter mile passes and never a hiccup. Launching 7500lbs hard enough to cut high 1.5 60ft's puts a little stress on the front end. The kryptonite parts have performed flawlessly.
The first race of this season was in phoenix. Had a few issues with the twin setup and didn't perform real well, but the front end did what it was supposed to.
Hit the ATP dyno event and had a great time with Mike and Ken from the Dmax store. Truck did a 1045 on a medium sized tune. Ken said my Kryptonite decals on the front fenders added 40hp. So I guess the front end helped me get solidly over the 1k mark.
Also got to hang out at the UCC with the Dmax Store crew was an awesome time with some way cool trucks.
I will be heading to Denver for the NHRDA race on the 4th of June. Hope to see a bunch of Kryptonite equipped trucks running there.
