Mike thanks for the chat. Removed fender well and tire. Will get back on it in the AM when I'm fresh. I read somewhere to remove check ball and spring in filter head for delete bowl. Is this something I missed or bad info? Thx Jeff

Mike, thanks for the follow up. I actually discovered the instructions Sunday morning. Having removed the delete bowl and adding a filter on Saturday I primed and started the engine with no problem. That led me to realize I had missed something (the check ball in the filter head). Thanks again for making yourself available on the weekend, Jeff
