AMP step install ?

I read on another forum that the DMAX store can install the AMP's on a DEF tank equipped LML so the steps retract up tight to the body, is this true? Any pics? The only thing holding me back is the complaints and pictures of the big gap after being installed

I agree. I just looked through my photos and realized I don't have any pictures of my 15' LML with my AMP steps installed. I will take pictures today and post here as well.

I'm about to lift my truck and will most likely install the AMP step extenders. I've seen picture of said steps once extenders have been installed and the gap between the truck body and the steps increases.

Ok, here is the 2015 we did with the amp steps and this is how they ended up after our technicians slight 1 min mod






as you can see perfectly even on the steps front to rear

I think one of the best features aside from there basic function is helping hide the DEF tank on the LML. There is also the plug n play option that allows running board operation via the data link connector. Amp has done a good job adding features to their product.
