Looking into the stage 3 leveling kit for an 03 lb7 with and a zf6 I wanna run 20x12in wheels and 35x12.5 in tires will they fit do k need to fit 33s instead ?

I would not recommend a leveling kit for either one of those tire/wheel combinations. You will want a 4" front box lift kit at a minimum. A 6" lift kit would be best for the 35" tire combo. 33" tires can be run with a leveling kit if you run a narrow + offset wheel / tire combo.
